About me
I got my first taste of design in 2011, making ugly t-shirts with a friend in a cracked copy of Illustrator. Since then, I've immersed myself in the world of product design and development, learning what I could from various mentors, teachers, books, and online courses whenever I could.
My design career has spanned large and small companies, various products and industries, as well as both in-house and agency work. For a more detailed account of my experience, you can see my resume here.
I believe beauty and function are harmonious ideologies, and try my best to reflect that belief in my work. A child of the internet, I want to make existing online as a human being a more peaceful and wonderful experience.
Some fun facts about me:
- My dog's name is Gary (it's short for Garrison Ford)
- I own a '74 Chevy Nova that I have been fixing up in my spare time
- I'm a little too adamant about the use of the Oxford Coma
- I'm an “unnatural scroll direction” and inverted y-axis controller person
- I love Excel.
